On November 11, 2024, Quinn Hanoi Investment, Trade and Service Co., Ltd. organized a seminar with the theme “Working and Vocational Study in Germany – Creating the Future”. From 2024, Germany will officially apply the Skilled Labor Immigration Law, creating favorable conditions for workers from outside the European Union, including Vietnam, to easily enter and work in Germany.

Accordingly, many vocational training programs are being implemented in German states, especially Mecklenburg-Vorpommern state, where there is a high demand for labor recruitment in fields such as nursing, information technology, natural sciences and medicine.

Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is also one of the regions with strong development in industries such as clean energy, tourism, shipbuilding, sustainable agriculture, promising to bring many job opportunities for Vietnamese youth.
However, one of the major difficulties for Vietnamese workers and students when going to Germany is the language problem. German is not an easy language to learn, and foreign language preparation before departure is a mandatory requirement.
